We've been slowly collecting them for the past six years. Every child that comes to our house adores them. They'll be put up someday when my kids are older….. to wait for grandkids 🙂

Absolutely! I’m hoping we will have toys like that as well. I’m doing my best introduce anyone who wants to bring toys into our house to shop small business that sell lovely hand made toys. Every time I see toys like these I want to learn wood working!

It's German? I think. It was purchased from Nova Natural, but they no longer carry it. We had the grandparents all go in on it one year for Christmas. It's one of the best gift ideas we've ever pulled together. The little kids still love it and EVERY child that comes to our house does too! We add a few wooden figures every year 🙂 It's the kind of thing we'll hold onto for grandkids someday!

I keep telling Joe when he retires form the Coast Guard he should dabble in woodworking…. he's made some beautiful toys for the kids!
